After experimenting with ideas using pen, I painted some papers with yellow and orange acrylic paints to make some washes to use for collaging.
I started trying to incorporate the mirrored shape I was aiming for with some text.
I also tried some 'butterfly' prints using the acrylic paint. The paper accidently stuck together and tore as I pulled them apart but actually made a really lovely effect!
